Qualifying Sales:
All Team Sales executed through OrderMyGear online team stores or
NEW
OrderMyGear team
catalogs with
Gill/Porter/PowerMax
.
How to Participate:
1)
Work for a Sports, Inc. Dealer.
2)
Register as a Sports, Inc. Sales Rep with OrderMyGear and submit W9 form to Sports, Inc.
3)
Create team catalogs, team player pack stores, spirit wear stores, fundraising stores, etc., through
OrderMyGear online system.
4)
Use product from
Gill/Porter/PowerMax
in the online catalogs and online stores.
How it works:
5)
OrderMyGear will track
Gill/Porter/PowerMax
sales for registered Sports, Inc. Sales Reps.
6)
At the end of each quarter OrderMyGear will provide sales data for each Sales Rep to Sports, Inc.
7)
Sports, Inc. will receive a 2% credit from
Gill/Porter/PowerMax
for all Sports, Inc. OMG sales for each
quarter (based on selling price, not product cost).
8)
Sports, Inc. will redistribute the vendor funds via individual check to registered Sports, Inc. sales reps
within 60 days after the end of each quarter.
* The above program is available to sales reps employed by Sports, Inc. Dealers in good standing at the time of the
Bonus payment.
* Sales rep forfeits any future bonus payment if he/she stops working for the Sports, Inc. Dealer for any reason, or
if the dealer’s Sports, Inc. membership is terminated for any reason.
