All discounts based on January 1, 2017 pricing.
Orders must be placed during show dates with a final deadline of June 16, 2017.
Orders placed after June 16, 2017 will not qualify for the discounts.

$2,000 - $2,999 8% Net 60 Days

Terms:
Any discounts will be forfeited if account is not paid according to stated terms. Interest of
1-1/2 % per month will be charged on past due accounts. Return check charge of $50.00.
Orders may not be cancelled within 30 days prior to a scheduled ship date. Cancellations
must be authorized verbally by Soft Touch Bases over the phone. Cancellations made by
fax, e-mail or voice message will not be accepted. Any merchandise returned without
prior approval will be refused. No refund on shipping charges. All returned items must be
returned freight prepaid and are subject to a 15% restock charge. Any “add-ons”
processed after the 1st of the year will be charged at the 2018 pricing.
