purpose is to provide recommendations to stakeholder panels.

majority vote carries all motions, dissenting opinions considered by assembly and recorded.

A vetted, representative, and balanced subset of the assembled stakeholders. Ideally the number of voters

Voting Guidelines –
A. motions to create a consensus based standard (ex: voting on fitness for purpose statements or Standard
Method Performance Requirements) require a 2/3 vote for the motion to carry.
B. Any other motion (ex: votes to clarify information for working groups, set priorities or direction, etc.) requires a majority
vote to carry.
