Lamotrigine
: no comprehensive testing in brain tumor
patients; overall good antiepileptic activity, well tolerated
Pregabalin
: may be considered as an alternative drug,
probably not approved as monotherapy in most countries
Valproic acid
: (very) active, moderate tolerability,
teratogenicity!
