• Resection of PF tumor
• Start with Chemotherapy
• intrathekal Chemotherapy
• Radiotherapy - CSI
• Proton therapy
• Less toxicity to vertebral bone marrow if in adolescents that have reached the
final height the vertebral bodies can be spared from irradiation resulting in
better tolerance of the chemotherapy (subsequent chemotherapy !)
• Less longterm toxicity on cervical/thoracic/abdominal organs
