DAY 1 - MALTA - BORDEAUX
Meet your tour manager at Malta International Airport for your flight to Nantes. Upon arrival
transfer to the 4* hotel in Nantes.
DAY 2 –BORDEAUX
Breakfast and time at leisure. Transfer to River Cruise where you will board your 5 night
cruise.
Time to settle comfortably in your cabin. Presentation of the crew, welcome cocktail. Dinner
on board followed by an evening of entertainment.
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
DAY 3 - BORDEAUX - PAUILLAC
We will head down the Garonne River and then join the Gironde River, passing Cazeau
Island and Patiras Island before arriving in Pauillac. In the afternoon, optional visit of Medoc
a renowned region where the most famous of all red wines in the world are cultivated.
Evening of entertainment.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
DAY 4 - PAUILLAC - GIRONDE ESTUARY - BLAYE
Early in the morning, cruise and arrive in Blaye. Optional excursion by coach along the
Corniche, or cliff route. Return on board and cruise along the Gironde to its estuary. We
will sail past the marshes, Meschers-sur-Gironde with its steep cliffs, troglodyte houses and
fishermen’s huts, before rejoining Blaye. Evening of dancing.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
DAY 5 - BLAYE - LIBOURNE OR BOURG - SAINT-EMILION
Today cruise to Libourne. At the confluence of the Isle and the Dordogne, Libourne has
accumulated over the centuries a whole heritage. Optional excursion to Saint-Emilion.
Return to Libourne at the end of the afternoon.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
DAY 6 - LIBOURNE OR BOURG - BORDEAUX
Cruise to Bordeaux, arriving late in the morning. From the boulevards to the banks of
the Garonne River, half of the city has been recognized for the quality of its architectural
heritage. Optional guided tour of the city. Gala evening.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
DAY 7 - BORDEAUX
Buffet breakfast on board. Disembark at 09:00 hrs and transfer to the 4*hotel in Nantes.
Time at leisure for personal sightseeing and shopping.
DAY 8 - BORDEAUX - MALTA
Breakfast, time at leisure and later transfer to Airport for your flight to Malta.
Formalities: You must have a valid passport to travel. Please note: Your passport must be valid for six months
beyond the last day of your travels. NB: For navigational reasons and passenger safety, the company and the
captain reserve the right to modify the cruise itinerary if necessary.
