We put them on the white boards to
share with the entire office because
we recognize that it is important to
acknowledge that the work we do
is valuable to others. However, we
need to remember that our worth is
not determined by what we do.
Keeping the “work” you in perspec-
tive to the “whole” you is the key to
walking the line.
