(NCRC) benefit programs. We are excited to announce these programs which will
continue to provide you and your family access to high-quality healthcare and an
array of additional benefits. It is important that you take the time to review all of

2016-2017
Pre-Tax Benefit Contributions
Some benefit deductions may be made on a pre-tax basis. This means that you
do not pay state, federal, and social security taxes on eligible premiums paid us-
ing a payroll deduction. Bottom-line, this means more money in your pocket.
Your payroll deductions for medical, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts
(FSA), parking, transit and 401(k) benefits will be made on a pre-tax basis where
applicable. Please contact Human Resources if you do not wish to pay your pre-
miums with pre-tax income.
