THE following are the dates upon which the
October Examinations will be held :—
Thursday 6th and Friday 7th.—Prelimi
nary
(Notice

September).
Monday 10th.—Intermediate (Notice to be
lodged before 26th September).
Tuesday
llth and Wednesday 12th.—
Final
(Notice
to be
lodged before 12th
September).
Michaelmas Sittings Lectures.
PROFESSOR QUIRKE will deliver lectures to
the Senior Class upon the subjects of Real
Property, Equity, and Conveyancing, on the
following dates
in Michaelmas Sittings,
1910:—
October 25th and 28th.
November 1st, 4th, 8th,
llth, 15th,
18th, 22nd, 25th, 29th.
December 2nd.
Books :—Williams' Real Property, Snell's
Equity, Davidson's Concise Precedents in
Conveyancing, and Maxwell's Outline of. the
Law of Landlord and Tenant and of Land
Purchase in Ireland.
PROFESSOR SHARPE will deliver lectures to
the Junior Class upon Common Law on the
following
dates
in Michaelmas Sittings,
1910:—
October 27th and 31st.
November 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, 17th,
21st, 24th, 28th.
December 1st and 5th.
Books :—Williams' Personal Property and
Ringwood on Torts.
The lectures to both classes will be delivered
at 4 p.m. in the Lecture Theatre of the
Society at the Four Courts.
Apprentices desirous of attending either
lecture class
should give notice
to
the
Secretary before the 17th October.
