In 2016 CAI-NJ continued its trend of financial success. All of our networking events, as well as conference and
membership have continued to grow both financially and in attendance.
Total revenue of $1,073,596 was about $68,000 higher than the prior year, and the highest ever since our inception
in 1978. Total expenses of $1,053,875 resulted in a surplus of approximately $20,000.
