-131-
Then those who feared the L
ORD
talked with each other, and the L
ORD
listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence
concerning those who feared the L
ORD
and honored his name.’”
“’They will be mine,’ says the L
ORD
Almighty, ‘in the day when I make up
my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as in compassion a man
spares his son who serves him. And you will again see the distinction
between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and
those who do not.’”
“Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and
every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on
fire,” says the L
ORD
Almighty. ‘Not a root or a branch will be left to them.
But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with
healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from
the stall. Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under
the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things,’ says the L
ORD
Almighty.”
“Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him
at Horeb for all Israel. ‘See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that
great and dreadful day of the L
ORD
comes. He will turn the hearts of the
fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers; or
else I will come and strike the land with a curse.’”
(Malachi 1,2,3,4)
The precise and true name of God is paramount; an epithet will not suffice
at this time. This world, especially the Christian world will erupt when the
distinction of God’s name is made known, or used in a proper context. His
name is a name above every other name and is to be honored as intended!
At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you,
Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things
from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father,
for this was your good pleasure. All things have been committed to me by
my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one
knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son
chooses to reveal him.”’
(Luke 10:22)
Jesus spoke about the way and the only
way to end all argument when He said:
“No one can c ome t o me un l e s s t he
Fa t he r who s en t me draws h im, and I wi l l ra i s e h im up a t t he l as t day
.
It is written in the Prophets: ‘They will all be taught by God.’ Everyone who
listens to the Father and learns from him comes to me.’”
(John 6: 44-45)
