LAW-2169 Legal Analysis and Methods

2 credits day; 2 credits evening.
Restricted registration to students on Academic Warning. (Must be taken in fall of second year.)
This course is designed to provide in-depth instruction in legal analysis, legal writing, and exam
taking techniques. Using the law from various legal disciplines, students will complete a series of
in-class and take-home writing exercises throughout the semester. In addition, students will meet
individually with their Professor to discuss assignments, exam strategies, and personal exam-
taking strengths and weaknesses.
