LAW-2689 Equitable Remedies

The course will cover: requirements for temporary restraining orders and preliminary and
permanent injunctions; use of equitable remedies in cases involving injuries to land, business and
social and political relationships; specific performance of contracts; defenses to equitable relief;
and the use of equity for reformation and rescission.
