Students in this class begin to explore the ‘Cham Kui’ or
bridging form as well as working on ‘Chi Sao’ or sensitivity training.
At this level, the practitioner will be learning how to stay physically
centered during confrontation and aware of their emotional state in
highly charged stressful situations. Further training with staff, long
pole, butterfly swords and broadswords will be continued throughout
