COMPANY FINANCIAL REPORT
Future development
Axiom finalised a funding agreement and strategic
partnership with Anitua Limited, a highly experienced
exploration and mining services contractor in Asia. It has
been agreed to negotiate arms’ length commercial terms
for a range of services to be provided by Anitua to develop
the Isabel Nickel Project.
Events after the reporting period
Details of the significant events after the reporting period
of the Company are set out in Note 25 to the financial
statements.
Auditors
Zenith CPA Limited retires and a resolution for the
reappointment as auditor of the Company will be
proposed at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
