Steps to make homemade butter:
• A 10 fl oz carton of heavy cream makes 3.8 ounces of butter. • Prepare ingredients and churn the heavy cream.
• Rinse butter in ice cold water and remove any liquid. • Flavor butter then store.
Pour in heavy cream.
