Clinical presentation
•
Most patients (90%) are asymptomatic at diagnosis and disease is
incidentally discovered
•
When present, symptoms are unspecific, such as:
•
Cough
•
Mild dyspnea
•
Chest pain
•
Hemoptysis
•
B symptoms are uncommon
