incremental revenue.

Develop EV charging vision and

strategy including service and revenue

Review and update City Centre

parking requirements and monitoring

Explore property acquisition and

parking lot development in Cloverdale

with area parking fund.



Expand bus bench inventory to approximately 900 units.



Reduce parking complaints by 30% over

5 years (per capita basis); and



Continue to evaluate opportunities to

better service the public with parking

supply and management.
