3.5.4 safety integrity

probability of an E/E/PE safety-related system satisfactorily performing the

specified safety functions under all the stated conditions within a stated

period of time.

3.5.7 hardwaresafety integrity

part of the safety integrity of a safety-related system relating to random

hardware failures in a dangerous mode of failure.

3.5.6 systematic safety integrity

part of the safety integrity of a safety-related system relating to systematic

failures in a dangerous mode of failure.
