Ceramics is a medium so close to earth, nature and its elements. In
my life, clay is the only way to express my feelings and emotions.
The evolution of the earth’s form itself and the beauty of nature are
my inspiration.
The physical characteristics of the earth and its elements such as
land, water and fire are the primary sources of forms and patterns
in my work. I play with colourful offerings to the fire to fulfill this
primordial creative urge. I like to challenge the rigidity of the
material I use. My recent effort has been to use ceramics and other
materials in various installations. I would like to share this ‘ceramic
language’ through my work with the world.
