Radiotherapy Volume
•
French M4 Protocol delivered 2 course of
“8 in 1” chemotherapy followed by 2 courses of
high-dose methotrexate after surgery
•
RT was given only to the posterior fossa and spine
•
Of 16 children, only 3 (18%) were disease-free and
alive at mean follow-up of 6 years
•
Most common site of relapse was supratentorial
(9/13 cases)
