DEFINITIVE RADIOTHERAPY AS LOCAL TREATMENT
Indications
•
Lesions that are considered not resectable with clear margins
(spine, skull) or in which surgery would be extremely
mutilating (pelvis, head and neck)

Definitive RT is indicated when only an intralesional
resection is possible
