2015 was a terrific year for legacy. Our annual production was 619 loans for
production of $137 million dollars, this was an increase over 70% from the previous
year. 2016 is looking to be even better.
Today, incredibly, the 30 year fixed is still sitting below 4% and most experts are
calling for rates to be no higher than 4.50% throughout the remainder of the year.
So with super low rates and a red hot real estate market here in Middle Tennessee,
2016 is definitely shaping up to be a very exciting year for us at Parks.
