automatic payments are processed at the end of the month for the invoice
received - this is to allow you to have a chance to review your bill before your
payment is processed.
At year end, a summary statement will also be prepared for your use. This will
detail by category all your charges and payments for the year. The summary
report is very helpful with your income tax preparation as it will outline your
expenses through Parks.
