A total of approximately 1,100 responses were recorded. It should be noted, however, that not all of
these respondents answered every question. About 600 participants responded to the demographics
section of the survey. The responses are summarized in the tables below. The total number of
respondents who answered each question is noted below the graph, and the percentage is calculated
by the total number of respondents who answered each question.
