The Committee shall make the draw for each round and arrange for the venues for the Finals.

Kick off times for Cup Competitions to be 2 pm with the exception of those during November,
December and January where they shall be 1.30 pm.

Dressing rooms to be opened at least thirty minutes prior to kick off time.
(n).
Broken fixtures. Any fixture which is not played due to weather conditions or circumstances
over which neither side has control shall be re arranged by the Fixtures Secretary. If a fixture is not
played for any other reason, then the defaulting club will be dealt with as the Management Com-
mittee deem fit, may be fined up to £50.00 and may be struck out of the competition. Clubs playing
an ineligible player will be struck out of the competition.

Upon the first postponement of a cup fixture, the Committee may give notice that the venue for
that match may be reversed or moved to an alternative venue. Notice of a fixture reversal will be giv-
en by 8pm on the preceding Thursday to both Clubs.
