Group Exercise Information:
Class rates are as follows; daily per class member rate is $7, Kids rate is $7 per child and daily guest per class rate is $10.
Kids ages are recommended to be from 5-10 years old to and TEENS are 11-13 years old. All classes are suited for all
fitness levels. All classes are 55 minutes.
