Irish Steel Limited Act, 1996 (30 April, 1996)
Repeals previous legislation
on Irish Steel Limited which will no
longer apply when the company is sold to Ispat Mexicana S.A. DE
C.V. and provides for the making by the Minister for Finance of
certain payments on the sale by him of his shares in Irish Steel Ltd.

Amends the Fishery Harbour Centres Act. 1968, and certain
other enactments;
provides for the dissolution
of the Harbour
Authorities
and Pilotage Authorities;
repeals the
Harbours
Act 1946 to 1976, and the Pilotage Act, 1913.
