TABERNACLE SOCIETY

Mother McShane directs Gay Guzinski in last minute directions for the proper plac

ing of ornamentation for the chasuble. Other members of the society include (1. to r.):

Mary B. Schoen, Karen Duncan, Agnes West, and Brenda Bartek.

The Tabernacle Society is devot

ed to designing and making liturgi

cal vestments for the churches in the

San Diego area. Mother McShane

ably assists the girls in this worthy

work. Students not only have an

opportunity to do a good service for

the church, but they consider it a

privilege to learn the art of making

vestments which will later be worn

by the priest at the altar.

The Tabernacle Society members worked steadily to complete a "rush order" for a Christmas vestment.

Ma Mere is a great boost to all priests in providing the necessities for the

continuance of their good work.
