Awarded scholarship funds may be used for: tuition, books, fees, supplies and education

related living expense.

Early Admissions/Dual Enrollment and Partnership Program students are not eligible to

receive scholarship funds.

If anytime in the future, it becomes impossible or impractical to use the gift for the purpose

designated by the Earl Holland Memorial Fund Gift Agreement, or if this Gift Agreement is

determined to be in conflict with any federal, state, local law, regulation, or ordinance, the

Foundation’s Board of Directors, in consultation with the BNFCF Board of Directors, if

possible, will direct the use of this gift in the best interest of the College and the BNFCF in a

manner as close as possible to the original intent of the Donor(s) as expressed in this Gift

Agreement.

III.

RECOGNITION

In grateful recognition of the generosity demonstrated by this gift, the FSW Foundation may

recognize the BNFCF in appropriate FSW and FSW Foundation publications and media

releases.

The FSW Foundation does not provide student information to Donors. Scholarship recipients

are encouraged to write a letter of appreciation to the below address but are not required to

provide their names or contact information:
