Changing coil springs in pairs is the only safe way to
maintain the vehicle’s original driving features.
You should make your customers aware that replacing
only a single spring can cause accidents, and that to
be safe rather than sorry, both coil springs on an axle
should be changed together.
As shock absorbers are probably the same age,
replace these as well at the same time along with any
other components such as Top Mounts, Bump Stops &
Dust Covers.
