Arthur Lee Talley
Arthur Lee Talley is a new artist
focused on digital media of
creation. He says: “Art isn’t just
the picture or painting created
by the artist, but Art is also the
perception of the viewer....”
He has an Associate degree in Science from Richard Bland
College and works also as a professional software engineer.
He currently lives in Portsmouth, Virginia.
