FRESH WHIPPED CREAM

BAKING AND FINAL STAGE

Ingredients and Preperation:

½ quart fresh heavy cream

¼ cup confectioners’ sugar

1. Whip fresh cream in a chilled bowl with the sugar until thick.

2. Chill in the refrigerator.

1. Using a tart/quiche pan:

2. Roll out dough to a 14-inch circle and ¼ inch thickness.

3. Lay on tart pan and using a fork pierce the dough on the bottom

in order to prevent the dough from popping out.

4. Add the mango mixture evenly between both tarts and bake in a

350F oven for 30-40 minutes or until you have a golden colored

crust.

5. Place on a wired rack and cool down.

6. Once cooled down spread the whipped cream, sprinkle with the

candied walnuts and drizzle caramel sauce.
