Prices are F.O.B Baltimore, Maryland. Prices are subject to change without notice.
A finance charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on past due balances.
Please confirm pricing with our customer care specialists. Orders are subject to
Fit 2 Win acceptance. $1.25 upcharge for 2XL products and an additional $1.25
incremental charge for each size increase.
Terms:
Standard terms are Net 30 days with approval. We accept MasterCard/Visa and
will ship orders C.O.D. NEW accounts require corporate financial information,
credit references and are subject to regional approval.
Care labels:
We supply garment care labels in all of our products. Please follow these care
instructions for maximum usage. Our Fit2Win logo goes on all our garments, no
exceptions.
Custom Products:
Minimum quantities apply for custom goods. Up charges will be applied to orders
requiring custom production of less than 24 pieces. Minimum production time for
custom garments is 4-5 weeks. Please see our Custom Production Guideline and
our Sublimated Guidelines for specified quantities and more details.
An order confirmation will be faxed to the account stating pricing, styles, sizes,
colors and completion dates. Orders not confirmed within 24 hours will go into
production, per order confirmation, and account will be held accountable for all
information provided from Fit2Win.
Any changes to a Faxed or Emailed Order Confirmation will incur a $4.00
per piece up-charge and order dates will be revised accordingly. There is a
25% cancellation fee on any custom order that is cancelled after the order
confirmation is sent.
Periodically, in the event of extenuating circumstances, extended lead times
may apply. Fit 2 Win makes every effort to communicate such information to our
customers and appreciate your patience and cooperation in the event of these
circumstances.
RETURNS:
Requests for stock returns must be received within 30 Days from factory ship
date and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Custom goods cannot be
returned, claims for custom mis-shipments must be submitted within 10 days
from factory ship date. NO return will be accepted without a return authorization
number from our corporate office. Embellished products will not be accepted by
F2W for a return.
SHIPPING:
All Fit 2 Win Orders are shipped via UPS “Ground,” account will be responsible
for any expedited shipping requests for orders shipped on/or before Order
confirmation “Stop Date.”
