60-year old man.
•
3 week history of nodal swelling , left side of the neck.
•
No pain or dysphagia. No weight loss.
•
No co-morbidity except from back pain.
•
Ceased smoking in 1990, 10 pack-years.
•
No daily use of alcohol.
