POA Summer Pressure Cleaning
Patio, Villa andTownhome Owners:
As part of your POAservices, all driveways, entry areas and cart paths are scheduled tobe cleanedduring
the month of September. The annual pressure cleaning is included in your POA home maintenance fee.
Custom Homeowners:
The same pressure cleaning services are available for custom homeowners. However, the pressure
cleaning service is NOT included in the POA home mainetnance fees. Please contact Decorative
Surfacing at (561) 745-8121 or the POA office at (561) 627-1467 for a quote.
Additional Cleaning Services:
Additional cleaning services can be performed during this time, i.e.: pool decks, patio furniture,
gutters, etc. Please contact Decorative Surfacing at (561) 745-8121 or the POA office at (561) 627-1467
for scheduling. These services are an additional fee.

REturn for the Season
Please contact the POA office once you have finalized and scheduled your return home to Frenchman’s
Creek. We will assist you in coordinating POA services before your arrival.
Advise us of your arrival date with the change of address form included in this mailing. The information
will be forwarded to landscaping, Brickman, Hotwire cable and home alarm, as well as security.
We are looking forward to welcoming you home for another exciting season. To notify us of your
