Take it slow…

WELCOME to the Crocked Pot! Happy April!

This is launch month for most, and what

better way to get some things done on the

boat and not worrying about “what’s for

dinner”.

Get this one pot dinner going in the

morning to be ready to eat when it’s time

for a break. Simply add some fresh veggies

and dip, maybe some chips, and dinner is

served.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

ANDWICHES

2-3# Chuck Roast

1 tsp Rosemary

1 tsp thyme

5 peppercorns

1 tsp garlic powder

½ Cup soy sauce, low sodium

1 bay leaf

1 beef bouillon cube

Provolone Cheese

Hoagie Buns

1.

Put all ingredients except cheese and

hoagie buns in the crock pot.

2.

Cover meat with water.

3.

Cover and bake on low 7 hours.

4.

Remove Bay Leaf

5.

Pull apart roast and serve on toasted

buns with provolone cheese slices.
