The Secretary (Mr. W. G. Wakely) read

the notice convening the meeting, also the

minutes of the Half-yearly General Meeting

held last May, which latter were signed by

the President, who also signed the audited

accounts.

The Secretary then read the Report of the

Scrutineers of

the ballot for election of

Council for year ending 26th November,

1918, which stated that the following had

been

returned unopposed

as Provincial
