Round catalytic converter/diesel particulate filter
The CAT1002 can accommodate units with a circumference (measurement around the
outside of the unit) between 406-508mm. If your unit is larger the CAT1002XL is most
commonly suitable for units with a circumference between 495-609mm.
Catloc Marking & Registration System
If the catalytic converter or particulate filter is too difficult to reach, or to install a security
device to, you can always utilise the Catloc Marking & Registration System to securely mark
and register the vehicle.
Clamshell shaped catalytic converter
Our CAT1001 will fit most clamshell shaped catalytic converters up to 203mm wide and
152mm tall.
If you have any difficulties in identifying the correct Catloc solution or for any reason are in
any doubt, please contact us with the vehicle’s make/model and registration or Vin number,
and we can provide further guidance on which Catloc solution is most suitable.
3 Simple ways to identify the correct Catloc
for your requirement:
Bespoke Fitment
Just check on the following pages to see if your vehicle is listed. If it is it will have a unique
CAT code listed against it [example: CAT1011 - Iveco Daily Euro4 & Euro5]. This is a
bespoke fitment for your vehicle. Please ensure you have the correct emissions system,
engine size and transmission where applicable.
Universal Fitment
Assuming your vehicle isn’t listed as a bespoke fitment, we are confident one of our universal
fitments will be suitable. Please ensure there is clearance around the catalytic converter or
particulate filter and a suitable location to secure steel ropes is identified prior to purchase.
