not try Aqua Spinning. This exercise
combines a stationary water bike
submerged under the water for a total
upper and lower body workout. Using
the water’s resistance you get a
complete cardio and strength training
routine with very little impact on the
joints all the while staying cool—
something you don’t get in land spinning!
So the next time you get frustrated with your workout; and, you’re hot and sweaty; and, you want to give
up, try the water. Splashing around in a pool is always great fun; and, water aerobics is great social enjoy-
ment too. People are friendly and its cool in the water. Where else can you hear your favorite songs; get
wet playing in the water while toning and burning calories; and get a bit of inspiration to start your day.
