Mountainaire Avian Rescue Society (MARS)
We need YOUR help working with Public Educa-
tion and Special Events. Training is provided.
MARS volunteers must be 18 years or over with
membership $15 per year.

We meet once a month & are passionate about
advocating for better access for people with dis-
abilities. Help us make the Comox Valley barrier

Therapeutic Riding
Volunteers needed to assist people with disabil-
ities: no experience necessary, training provid-
ed. A desire to help people, work with horses, &
enjoy a fun social atmostphere is required! Posi-
tions require some physical ability, e.g. walking
on trails and in the indoor arena. Committing to
one hour a week for an 8 - 10 week session is
ideal.
