Royce Gracie Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art based

on self-defense techniques, centered

on ground fighting and grappling. Use

skill and technique, not size and brute

force, to take down an opponent,

it's an ideal form of self-defense for

everyone regardless of size, strength

or gender.
