When preparing environmental risk assessments, operators of both Top and Lower Tier
sites can usefully refer to Section 13 of the Safety Report Assessment Manual. This
provides the structured approach the CA uses to assess and inspect environmental risk
assessment for the purpose of demonstrating All Measures Necessary. It thus provides
