of the full registration amount will be deducted from any
refunds 61 days or more prior to the event, unless stated
otherwise. There are no refunds 60 days or less prior to
the event. For events booked through a travel agent, for
rental of equipment or for events not booked through
Escapees RV Club, the cancellation policy of that entity
supersedes the HOP cancellation policy.
