Vermouth CocktaiL

Use Mixing Glass.

'^'WO dashes Boker's or Peyschaud bit-

ters; one portion Italian vermouth.

Fill with ice, mix, and strain into a cocktail

glass.

Vermouth Gjchtail —Dry.

yn^AKE the same as Vermouth Cock-

tail, substituting French vermouth

for Italian.

Vermouth Cocfctail—Fancy.

Use Mixing Glass,

'^'HREE dashes maraschino, two dashes

Boker's bitters; one portion Italian

vermouth; one dash orange bitters. Fill

with ice, mix, and strain into a cocktail

glass, the rim of which has been moistened

with a piece of lemon peel and dipped into

powdered sugar.
