The University works to prevent and address discrimination and harassment through educational
programs, training, and complaint resolution. Suffolk University encourages all members of the
University community to report any concerns or complaints of discrimination or harassment in
accordance with the procedures set forth in this policy. Managers and supervisors are required to
respond promptly and appropriately to allegations of discrimination and harassment that are
brought to their attention.
Submitting a complaint that is not in good faith or providing false or misleading information in
any investigation of complaints is prohibited.
What is Discrimination?
Discrimination is conduct that is based upon an individual’s

information, military or veteran status or any other characteristic protected under applicable
