It was a historic night for New York Fashion Week as Alexander Wang introduced his highly touted Fall 2014 collection in Brooklyn, venturing

beyond the traditional Manhattan confines of the fashion elite.

The Duggal Greenhouse proved perfect for the celebrated designer’s bold move, providing a couple fashionable perks over Manhattan – blank

canvas open space allowing unlimited creativity, and spectacular waterfront views of the Manhattan skyline itself. The striking industrial set

design, theatrical elements and rotating catwalk perfectly complemented the collection’s nod to extreme conditions and transformative, heat-

sensitive black-to-color outfits.
