Your property manager will be your primary point of contact in all matters. This does not
mean that you are restricted to the availability of your property manager in any of your
needs. Our technology, systems and procedures have been refined to allow assistance
from our other staff members when your property manager is conducting out of office
duties or is away on leave.
We also have access for assistance from other experts within our organisation to help
with matters regarding strata, commercial property, home loans and sales.
All you need to do is to complete and sign the authorisation and we will take it from
there.
