Sri Ganesh,
Leader of the Troops,
Splendid and opulent is your robe,
Of luminous gold is your crown,
Nourishing and generous is your stance –
For it is not
Through authority and power
That you lead,
But through
The radiance and density
Of your knowledge
Which alone can unlock
And unveil
A wealth of beauty
For all
And clear the way
To plenitude -
That is why
Before you,
In the midst of all
Offerings
Is the fruit
Of Love divine…
