iconic First World War poetry throughout the day
in the setting of this inspiring chapel created by
Stanley Spencer. Standard entry to the chapel

Spencer’s iconic
paintings, echo
down across the
century, as a timely
and poignant
reminder of the
hardships endured,
and the sacrifices
made. Along the way, we encounter the origins
of the Unknown Warrior, the two-minute silence,
the Scottish Cairns, the Field of Remembrance
